Teboho was born in Pimville, Soweto, and studied at Technikon SA. She has been a human rights activist since 2000. In 2001 she was elected chairperson of a CBO in Pimville and media officer for Soweto Electricity Crisis Committee. In 2007 she became treasurer for the SECC. She previously worked at the Anti-Privatisation Forum as a Finance Administrator. Teboho is currently studying towards a Diploma in Public Relations & Events Management, and intends studying Psychology. She is the mother of a handsome two- year-old boy.
